Purpose

These Terms of Use/Sale govern access to and use of Clipilote, as well as payment terms (subscriptions/credits).

Registration and account

• You must provide a valid email address. Logins are made via magic link or via Google.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential.

Services and credits

• Transcription and enhancement of audio/video files.
• Consumption is in minutes/credits based on file duration.

Pricing & billing

• Payments processed via Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Invoices available in your account area or sent by email.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content provided immediately, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal as soon as processing starts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Amounts due remain payable for services already provided.

Liability

Clipilote uses reasonable means. No result guarantee is given. Liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.
